How to Use Mini Keg to Keg Homebrew Beer

Homebrew Beer Equipment
Here we go over how to use a mini keg for homebrew beer to force carbonate.

Kegging beer is actually pretty simple and I love these mini kegs.

Essentially we are doing the same set up as a standard kegging system with a smaller keg. These are ball lock kegs that work exactly the same.

We simply attach all the tubes and we’re good to go. I will force carbonate this at 30 psi for 72 hours. After that I will give it a taste. After the tasting if it needs more time I will leave it otherwise I will turn it down to 12 PSI for pouring and drinking.
