American Cream Ale is a regular beer in my brewing rotation. I like the easy drinking everyday quality of the beer. I also like that it’s a great style for the non-craft beer initiates that want to try homebrew when they visit.
American Cream Ale offers some challenges for learning to brew clean. The simple recipe does lend itself to some variation.
