Hello guys. In this video I’m going to brew a home beer called Belgian Saison. This is a farmhouse style beer that in old days farmers brewed in order to drink it in hot summer during the filed works.

To brew this beer you will need:

Malts:
Pilsner, Munich, Viena, Caramunich type 2, Wheat malt

Temperature steps:

1) 68 С – 60 min.
2) Mash out on 78 C – 5 min.
Boiling – 1 hour

Hops:
East Kent Goldings and Fuggle

Spices:
Ground coriander

Water:
24+10,5 L

Yeasts:
Mangrove Jacks – French Saison
