I had to use Mosaic hops b/c when this kit showed up the package had been damaged and the hops missing. I had some mosaic hops on hand so I used those. I turned out amazing tasting and very unexpectedly unique. These beer kits make the best beer. I don’t buy beer at the store anymore since making my own. Making your own beer gives you a deeper appreciation for it. You realize what goes into making it and the ingredients involved. You can have this brewed on your brew day in less than two hours. I left it in the fermenter for two weeks, then two more weeks after bottling.
