🍺Amarillo SMASH recipe🍺
IBU – 30
EBC – 7
60min mash @ 67 degrees
45min boil
100% Pale Malt (Golden Promise)
200g of Amarillo hops
—– 20g at 45 mins
—– 80g at flameout @ 80 degrees for 15 mins
—– 100g dry hop for 72 hours
California Ale yeast (I had this in the fridge, use anything you want!)
