60 minute boil
60 min – 1 oz (28g) Tettnang (4.6% AA)
5 min – 10g Crushed oriander Seed, 1.5 oz (35g) Fresh Orange Zest, 3g Green Cardamom Pods
OG: 1.053
1 packet of 3944 Belgian Witbier pitched without starter
Ferment at 68F ramping up to 72 F (18-22 C) for 10-14 days
