🍺NEIPA recipe🍺

67% extra pale malt (base)
8% pale malt (base)

7% carapils (body/mouthfeel)

7% pale wheat malt (protein haze)
7% rolled oats (protein haze)

4% flaked wheat (protein haze)
Lallemand VERDANT dry yeast 11g

Hop BIll:
Idaho7: 5g @ 45min
Idaho7: 85g @ 80° for 15mins

Azacca: 85g @ 80° for 15 mins

Dry hop schedule:
Azacca: 150g for 3 days
Idaho7: 145g for 3 days

IBU: 5
EBC: 48
