Homebrew Kombucha
-Kombucha is a very powerful drink that everyone should be taking.
The probiotic effect is very good for the overall heal of the body
-Kombucha being very expensive in Kenya its ideally good to make homemade and save on the money.
-When making the Kombucha you will need,scoby/ready kombucha,sugar,fruit of choice, hot water and starter tea.

-Other stuff that you will require include; the container that you will mix your kombucha in, woven material and rubber band for securing the top of the container and bottles to store your kombucha once ready.

-You should never prepare your kombucha in a metallic containers.
Once mixed it will sit for 7-10days after which you should bottle and refrigerate to stop the fermentation process. Use the ready kombucha to make the next bunch.

-Kombucha is full of antioxidants, its antibacterial, very refreshing among other benefits.
