German Pils is a classic style; clean, simple, delicious. In this video we show how to brew German beer by whipping up a single malt pilsner. This week features a new brewing gadget put to the test, the Unibrau HopBlock hop filter.

Recipe:
9 lbs Pilsner; German
1.25 oz Perle Pellets – Boil 60.0 min
0.50 oz Hallertauer Pellets – Boil 10.0 min
0.50 oz Hallertauer Pellets – Boil 0.0 min
1.0 pkg German Lager (White Labs #WLP830)

Mash at 152F for 60 mins
Boil for 60 mins
