Ingredients:

– Fermentables
370 gr LME
120 gr CaraRed steeped overnight in enough water to cover them
150 gr brewing sugar
– Fining agent
1/4 tablet of protafloc
– Flavour and aroma additions
3 bags of lemon flavoured green tea
the zest of 1 orange
– Hops
Columbus (bittering): 5gr – boil
Progress-Challenger (Flavor) 3gr 3gr – 30 min
1/4 tablet protafloc & brewing sugar 10 min
3 bags Green tea – 5 min
Progress-Challenger (aroma) 3gr 3gr & orange zest – 1 min
Process:
Get the water to a boil and add the LME & Columbus hops
Add Progress & Challenger hops (3gr & 3gr) – 30 min before the end of the boil
Add 1/4 tablet protafloc & brewing sugar – 10 min before the end of the boil
Add 3 bags of Green tea – 5 min before the end of the boil
Add Progress & Challenger hops (2gr & 2gr) & orange zest – 1 min before the end of the boil
pitch yeast!
