Homebrew Cider
It’s brew day!! Today I’ll be making a 5 gallon of peach cider. What’s peach cider? A traditional apple cider with a little peaches added to to give it a southern twist. This is a quick and easy starter into making your own alcoholic beverages at home. Let’s go over what you’ll need.
5 gallons of quality apple juice without preservatives
4 cups sugar
1 lbs frozen peaches
1 pack of Red Star Primere Classic yeast
5 gallon car boy.
That’s all!!
