Support Local Restaurants – Episode 2: Coffee Collective + Kalita Brewing Guide by Klaus Thomsen.

Homebrew Beer Guides
The Coronavirus (COVID-19) has taken over the world and completely altered our daily life. The restaurant industry is one of the hardest hit by this crisis, and if we don’t support our local restaurants now, they might not be around when this is all over.

Coffee Collective, one of our favorite coffee shops in Copenhagen, has kept three of its locations open during this lockdown. While you can’t sit down, you can still buy take-away coffee, brewing gear, and bags of coffee to bring home in their cafés at Torvehallerne, Godthåbsvej, and Jægersborggade. We met up with founder Klaus Thomsen to hear about how the virus has affected his business, and how we can support Coffee Collective and other coffee shops during this time. As an added bonus, Klaus also demonstrated how to brew coffee using the Kalita Wave. Watch until the end for the home brewing guide!
