We goofed off for a few hours while also making a decoction mash, banana bread, nut beer. This was a strange recipe and we did some unconventional stuff, not limited to: mashing decoction style, adding walnuts and bananas, and not aerating the wort. The beer was ok, but a little too boozy. This recipe definitely needs some tweaks so be sure to let us know what you would do.
