65 °C/149°F – 60 min – Temperature
75 °C/167°F – 10 min – Mash Out

2.3 kg/5.07lbs – Pale Ale 6 EBC (46%)
2.3 kg/5.07lbs – Pilsen Malt 3.5 EBC (46%)
252 g/8.88oz – Carapils 3 EBC (5%)
151 g/5.32oz – Melanoidin 70 EBC (3%)

Hops (159 g)
60 min – 19 g/0.67oz – Centennial – 8.5% (17 IBU)
10 min – 20 g/0.70oz – Amarillo – 9.2% (8 IBU)
10 min – 20 g/0.70oz – Centennial – 8.5% (8 IBU)
5 min – 20 g/0.70oz – Amarillo – 9.2% (6 IBU)

15 min hopstand @ 80 °C/ 176°F
15 min – 30 g – Amarillo – 9.2% (3 IBU)
