We’ve got a weird beer for you here, but if you’re into sour beers this one will not disappoint. It’s a melon Gose. If you’re not familiar, Gose (prodounced go-zah) is a sour beer, which originated in Germany. Our goal was to create a unique and complex beer by adding flavors that paired well with traditional Gose ingredients (salt and coriander). What we landed on was the inclusion of fresh melon, lime, and white pepper. This beer turned out amazing. We give it a 10 of 10 and highly recommend brewing it if you’re into this style of beers.
