Taking the hard cider that I brewed a few weeks ago and bottling it in my fancy 500ml swing-top bottles. Included is a little discussion on calculating alcohol content and of course, a tasting.
This cider turned out great. It was super easy to make and it tasted exactly how I was expecting it to taste, right out of the carboy. I’m looking forward to my stout maturing a bit so I can try them together.
