Our first 5 gallon batch on our second brew system is a citra hopped pale ale, which brings us back to one of the first greatest craft beers we had, 3 Floyds Zombie Dust. This being the first batch of beer we brew we have a few things we need to figure out. Missing out Original Gravity by a few points, and making sure we get a better brew house efficiency will be among the first things we look to improve.
