Home Brew Cider with Smoked Tea

Homebrew Cider
Brewed April 2012. An experimental brew of lapsang souchong tea and apple juice to make a “turbo” cider, the term “turbo” used in homebrew circles in reference to the speed of manufacture compared to brewing with pressed apples.
NB: I believe what we call cider in the UK, fermented apple juice, is often referred to as hard cider across the pond.
