EXPERIMENTAL GLUTEN-FREE ESB RECIPE:
Details:
3 gallon batch
OG: 1.050
FG: 1.010
5.2% ABV
33 IBU
4 SRM
Mash (1 hour, 152F)
24 oz Teff
4 lbs rolled oats (half toasted)
Mash with Amylase enzyme added
Boil (1 hour)
Add 3.3 lbs liquid sorghum extract pre-boil
.5 oz East Kent Goldings (60 min)
1.5 oz East Kent Goldings (5 min)
1 lb Buckwheat Honey (flameout)
Fermentation:
Danstar London ESB yeast
White Labs Clarity Ferm
Ferment at 66F for two weeks
