I love the concept of brewing my own beer from the comforts of my kitchen and one gallon brewing opens many doors to experiment and practice my all grain home brewing techniques.

To start things off, I figured I’d share my current setup for brewing one to two gallon all grain brews in my kitchen. Still needs some adjustments ad additions, like a pump, but it’s working pretty good.
