I’m making 1 gallon of beer using only normal kitchen utensils and equipment and ingredients supplied with the Brooklyn Brewshop Brewdog Punk IPA kit. I stuck to the recipe and the result was incredible, however, with a few tweaks such as dry hopping I think it could be even better. Although expensive to buy initially, refills can be put together for between £5 to £10 with an unlimited number of recipes ! Start making your own beer and you’ll never look back..
