In this video, I show you just how easy it is to make hard apple cider at home, all in about 10 minutes. The ingredient kits are simple to follow, just require a bit more fermentable sugar, and of course your basic brewing equipment. In the video, I am drinking one of the hard pear cider kits–and it is awesome! Hopefully this hard apple cider will be ready by Thanksgiving!
