This is a session IPA with a ton of bitterness and a lot of juicy flavor to match! It’s a single hop beer, with lots of haze, brewed with El Dorado Hops. It’s very bitter but perhaps a tad bit light on aroma though. The first week in the keg was awesome, but as aroma started to fade the beer became a bit unbalanced. Though, if you’re into bitterness, you may like it this way. If I brew this one again, i’d probably dry hop it with an ounce of El Dorado, in addition to the existing schedule.
