Funktown Pale Ale (The Yeast Bay)
1 vile per 5 gallons

GRAIN:
18 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row)
2 lbs: Chateau Oats (1.0 SRM)
2 lbs: Chateau Spelt (1.0 SRM)
1.4 lbs: Acid Malt (3.0 SRM)

HOPS (30 MINUTE BOIL): ALL HOPS AT FLAMEOUT!!
