Homebrew How-To: Russian Imperial Stout

Homebrew Beer Recipes
We brewed this beer on a 10 gallon Blichmann BrewEasy system. The beer came out good, but a few process errors had us missing our gravity targets. Here’s how we made a not-so-imperial stout.

1 lbs 1.4 oz Wheat, Flaked (1.6 SRM)
15.5 oz Black (Patent) Malt (500.0 SRM)
15.5 oz Chocolate Malt (350.0 SRM)
15.6 oz Roasted Barley (300.0 SRM)
