In this video we will walk you through the basics of brewing and fermenting kombucha. We are making a large 5 gallon batch of kombucha using a 50/50 Green and Black Tea Blend, brewed in a Stainless Steel 5 Gallon Cold Brew Avenue system with a propane burner, and fermented in a 7 Gallon Stainless Steel Fermenter.
