Recipe
1 gallon batch:
-Brew a tea concentrate (4 caffeinated tea bags: 25 oz hot water, steep to room temperature and then remove tea bags).
-Add 1 cup cane sugar (do NOT use honey) to tea concentrate while tea is still warm; stir until dissolved
-Add 64 ounces of Cool water to brewing vessel
-Add Sweet Tea Concentrate to brewing vessel
-Add KT starter (1/8 of your total liquid)
-Cover with VERY fine mesh cloth (like coffee filter or kitchen towel) and secure with rubber band
-Store in a dark, warm place (like upstairs cabinet) until pH drops at or below 4.6.
