Second fermentation instructions:
Once your kombucha is ready, you can brew another batch or place your scoby with at least 2 cups of kombucha in a jar and put it in the fridge.
In your flip top bottles (lol I didn’t know what they were called in the video), place your fruit of choice (only 5% of the bottle should be the fruit)
Pour kombucha into the flip top bottles and leave around 1-2 inches of headspace.
Close the bottles and leave it somewhere you see it every day to “burp it” (aka open the bottles up everyday)-this is very important or it will explode and shatter glass everywhere!!
Leave it out for 3-5 days and once done, bottle it up and store it in the fridge. Enjoy!
