RECIPE.
2 Bottles kombucha
3 Tablespoons soy sauce
3 Tea spoons Coriander
3 Garlic cloves, grated
1/2 cup oil
3/4 Teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 Tbs salt
5kg Goat ribs
1 Tablespoon cumin
4 Tbsp sugar
fresh thyme,rosemary and curry leaves.

mix all the ingridients in a large bowl,soak the meat and leave it in the fridge overnight.
place meat in a barbeque grill and let it cook slowly for about 3 hours .keep basting the meat till ready.
