94% Pilsner

MASH SCHEDULE
Hochkurz Mash (we did a no-sparge mash)

Beta Rest 144F/62C for 45 min
Alpha Rest 162F/72C for 45 min

HOPS
First Wort: 14g Loral
30 minutes: 14g Loral
10 minutes: Whirlfloc and Yeast Nutrient
Whirlpool: 28g Loral, 28g Ella

YEAST
Saflager 34/70

DRY HOP
56g Loral

FERMENTATION TEMPS
55F/ 12C for primary fermentation.
Warm up to 69F / 20C at the tail end for diaceytl rest.

Lager for 4 weeks…. uh, to a year.
