❈Here is my attempt at making kombucha. After letting it ferment for 30 days I ended up bottling the kombucha for another 30 days to create a natural carbonation to the drink. This batch turned out to have a stronger vinegar taste, which I like, but I’m interested in testing out this recipe and adding other fruits/flavors. Does anyone have tips or experiences with making kombucha?
