An overview of my process for brewing 1-gallon all-grain using a BIAB (or MIAB?) approach. This video features me brewing a SMaSH (Single Malt and Single Hop) brew to evaluate Weyermann Floor Malted Bohemian Pilsner malt. The beer is made with Sterling hops and Cali Ale yeast. There is a bonus tasting of the same recipe made with Avangard Pilsner malt.
I plan to get a companion article about 1-Gallon BIAB up at some point, but for now check out my related BIAB content at https://www.cascadeshomebrew.com/.
