We got weird with this one. Well, at least different. We recently read an article on the Brulosophy homebrew blog about mashing overnight. It’s exactly what it sounds like. You begin your mash at the end of the day and allow it to sit overnight before finishing the next day.
Here’s the process:
1. Heat water to mash temp
2. Grind and add grains
3. Wait for temp to stabilize
