kombucha is basically a sweet tea that is been fermented for a 1 to 4 weeks for the 1st fermentation depending on how you like it. then for the 2nd fermentation you put it in a sterilized fermentation grade bottles that you can buy online or re use a beer bottle and use a bottle cap press to lock the air in and produced carbon dioxide and ferment it for 2 to 5 days.

recipe:
4 green/black tea bags
1.5 liters of mineral water ( do not use tap water)
1/2 cup of sugar
1 cup of kombucha starter with scoby (in my case i have a half lot starter and it is okay if you have a lot but the minumin is 1 cup of starter)
