Cider – Apple, Pineapple & Coconut – Juice 2 Glass – Quick n Easy.
Basic recipe – 50% Apple juice, 25% Pineapple Juice, 25% Coconut Water (all 100% preservative free) + Natural Coconut Essence at the rate of 6mls per litre of mixed juice. Used Safcider yeast. Fermented at 18-20C for 2 weeks.
