This is how to prepare matcha correctly at home!
1. Sift 1-2 teaspoons of matcha to remove clumps.
2. Heat water to just below boiling.
3. Soak your bamboo whisk in warm water.
4. Mix a bit of hot water with the matcha.
5. Whisk vigorously in a “W” pattern until frothy.
6. Add more water for a thinner drink, if desired.
7. Sip immediately to enjoy it at its best.
Perfecting matcha takes practice, but it’s well worth the effort!
