Lemonade Stand Shandy Recipe(5.5 Gallons):
Grains:
Pilsner Malt** 4.5 lbs. (52.9%)
White Wheat Malt 3.5 lbs. (41.2%)
Carapils (Dextrine) Malt 0.5 lbs. (5.9%)
**Highly suggest swapping 0.5 lbs Honey Malt for part of the pilsner malt to add honey flavor, as suggested in the video

Mash Temp: 152F for 60 minutes

Hops (60 minute boil):
Crystal 1.0 oz. 60 mins
Crystal 1.0 oz. 5 mins
Lemondrop 1.0 oz. Flameout
Yeast Nutrient (optional) 1 Tbsp 10 mins left in boil

Yeast:
Fermentis Safale US-05
Fermentation at 67F

Water Profile:
Ca= 15, Mg=10, Na=0, Cl=17, So4=17
