Homebrew Kombucha
If you’ve already made kombucha, this is a great way of taking it to the next level. The flavour and look of this beverage is elegant, sweet and sour. You can serve it in a wine glass and it makes your dinner even better.

Recipe:
2 cups of frozen blueberries 🫐.
One cup of ripe strawberries 🍓.
2 tablespoons of cane sugar .
One large cup of black tea ☕️.
Bring to boil and purée until smooth .
Allowed to cool and then add in to your fliptop bottles ideally 10% full .
Top with your homemade kombucha.
Allowed to ferment on the countertop at room temperature for approximately 48 to 72 hours if you find that you’ve added more fruit, the fermentation time would be less my trick is to test the carbonation after two days. I’ll put it in the fridge for a few hours and then pop the top to see if it’s bubbly enough if it’s not, I’ll let the others continue on the counter for another half day to a day.
