RECIPE
In this video/batch, I used 1 gallon of chlorine-free (in our case stream water from the mountains), 1 cup of white cane sugar, 6 packets of organic green tea, and a Scoby I bought off Amazon.
2nd fermentation flavors – Lavender and Rosemary
Other flavors mentioned and loved – Abstrax (which we both use to flavor our carbonated waters, kombucha and beers).
