As a south asian kid I grew upppp on Milk!

1 glass of milk first thing in the morning (or 2) and another cup right before bed. Yes it made my bones stronger, mama didn’t lie!

As a mom of 3, the first thing I do is pour milk into my morning cup of coffee. I like making cold brew during the warmer months and it’s super easy to make.

Recipe:
1 cup coarsely ground coffee
5 cups filtered water

Combine and refrigerate over night. After 24 hours, strain the coffee grinds out and you’re good to go! If it tastes too strong just add cold water. I like adding ice, whole milk, and maple syrup to mine. β€œCafe Canadian” all the way.
