Recipe and Ingredients:
1. Mozzarella cheese-400 g
2. Egg-2-3 pieces
3. Wheat flour-100-150g, corn or potato starch can be used
4. Breadcrumbs-150-200 g.

Cooking method:
1. Take the mozzarella cheese and cut it into small slices as thick as a finger. Then we prepare 3 plates in the first, pour the flour into the second breadcrumbs and pour the egg prepared in advance into the third.
2. We take our sliced cheese and first you need to roll it well in flour, then immediately go on and dip it in the egg and, last but not least, in the breadcrumbs.
3. After our sticks are ready, we put them in the freezer for about 30-60 minutes.
4. After our sticks have frozen in the refrigerator, melt them. Then put the pan on the stove, pour oil and spread our mozzarella sticks evenly on a well-heated surface. Fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until a golden color appears. It is important if you overheat your the sticks will start to burn and the cheese will start to flow out, so watch the color and temperature.
5. After the sticks are cooked, carefully take them out and put them on a paper towel or napkins in order to remove excess oil from the sticks.
Ready-made mozzarella cheese sticks can be served immediately after they have cooled down a bit. Cheese sticks can be served with different sauces with hot chili or sweet tomato sauce. Note:
1-If you do not have this type of cheese, namely mozzarella, you can use any other of your favorite cheeses, it is desirable that when heated it would be viscous, for example, suluguni or other types of cheese.
2-If you don’t have breadcrumbs you can use flour batter or take corn sticks to mash them up and get corn crumbs this is an alternative to breadcrumbs. Making batter is by mixing flour and water until viscous.
