Recipe for 5 gals (18.9L):
-6 gals (22.7L) Water
-0.25 gal (~1L) Sparging water
(adjust salt additions based on your water)
-Calcium Chloride
______________________
-85% Pale Malt
-10% Roasted Barley
-5% Carapils
______________________
-~1 oz (~28g) Magnum (or other clean bittering or English hop)
-OPTIONAL: A small handful of homegrown hops (because I had some)

-Fermentis SafAle s-04

Mash @ 150ºF (~65ºC) for about 30 mins
Boil for about 30 mins

Original Gravity: 1.041
Final Gravity: 1.010
ABV: 4.1%
IBUs: ?? (aiming for ~30 IBUs)
