Yes, we are now kombucha people. Well, Justin has always been one, but Geoff has been converted by personally invested in the brewing, flavoring, cleaning, and the whole process of making kombucha at home. Since our mother kombucha SCOBY is getting too big and the container we ferment it in is getting too dirty, come along as we brew and ferment a batch of kombucha from start to finish and also split the mother (warning: it’s gross) and clean everything out.
