It’s time to add some spice to my classic cider recipe! I recently tried my first ginger flavored hard cider, and was disappointed with the lack of ginger flavor. This was the perfect opportunity for me to try a spicy, flavorful take on a classic cider. Here, I’m using farm fresh cider, fresh ginger, sugar and Safale S-04 Ale yeast. I’m really hoping the ginger flavors come through and add some spice to this cider. Let’s see how great this cider turns out!
My mission for this channel is to teach individuals fun and useful skills and to empower others to become more self sufficient and sustainable. I hope you enjoy!
