Making Hard Cider With Ale Yeast | 1 gal

It’s finally cider season and I’ve been working on finding the perfect cider/yeast combo for a classic hard cider. Here, I’m using farm fresh cider and Safale S-04 Ale yeast. I’ve been hearing great things about using ale yeast in your ciders as opposed to using wine yeast. Let’s see how great this cider turns out!

My mission for this channel is to teach individuals fun and useful skills and to empower others to become more self sufficient and sustainable. I hope you enjoy!
