In this how-to brew beer for beginners video, I’ll be making a Belgian-style beer, Abbey Dubbel, using a recipe from James Morton’s ‘Brew’ book. If you’re considering making beer at home, I’d seriously recommend you get hold of a copy of this book, as it explains everything you need to know and the background as to why you need to do each step, in an easy-to-read and digest way. While this video is for Abbey Dubbel beer, the steps are the same for almost all other beers (with little tweaks), so this video is a good one to watch if your a budding home brewer looking for a step-by-step guide.
In the coming weeks, I’ll be showing you how to check if your homebrew is ready to bottle and will explain how to bottle beer in a way that will ensure that you get the tastiest beer possible!
