Brew Day – Lazy Sierra Nevada Pale Ale Clone (advanced, BIAB)

Homebrew Beer Recipes
I’ve been thinking about doing an SNPA clone for a veeeeery long time now, so I’m glad I finally got around to this!

I’m calling this one “lazy” because I skipped a few steps like the mash-out and 90-minute boil, and also I adjusted the hop schedule a bit to suit my no-chill setup.

First up, here’s the link to the actual recipe: https://sierranevada.com/blog/pale-ale-homebrew-recipe/

And now here’s my version:

92% ale malt
8% caramalt

Cascade @60 to 38 IBUs
2.75 g/L Cascade @5
2.75 g/L Cascade @Cube

M44 West Coast Ale Yeast

Stay tuned for the tasting video!
