HARD KOMBUCHA: How to Make Kombucha With Alcohol

Hard Kombucha is on the rise these days, so I decided to take my Kombucha making experience to the next level and try it for myself. Making kombucha with alcohol was a bit tricky to figure out, but after several test batches I finally nailed it and have put it together for you in one video. Make any flavor of hard kombucha you want, its extremely delicious and easy to drink and perfect for the summer months ahead!

RECIPE for 1 gal (1.89L):

-2.5 cups [~591 ml] Kombucha Starter Liquid
-10g Black Tea
-2 cups [~400g] Total Sugar
-12 cups [~3/4 gal or 2.84L ] Filtered Water
______________________
-SafAle US-05 Ale Yeast
______________________
-Ferment @ 69ºF (20.5ºC) for 1 week
Add flavoring to keg or to secondary if bottling

Original Gravity: 1.050
Final Gravity: 0.997
ABV: 6.9%
