To start with, I am using a Hario v60 dripper. Hario’s V60 Coffee Drippers’ unique design and simple brew method has endeared it to home enthusiasts and cafes alike. I like it because its cheap and it is made of plastic so it is hard to break. Its distinctive inner wall features spiraling notches, which promote an evenly extracted brew in a short amount of time. One of the most popular manual brewers on the market today, the V60 come in sizes 01 and 02, as well as in a variety of materials and colors, so you can choose the one that’s just right for you.
Next is am using The Hario V60 Paper Filter, it is extremely high quality; ensuring great coffee taste every single time. The filters produce clear and clean cup with no papery taste at all. V60 filters have a very responsive flow rate, which allows great control over your brewing time.
Also I am using The Hario V60 Server, and it is a gift from my special someone, shoutout to Adanah Mari 😉 . It is designed to fit any of V60 drippers. It is made out of heat-proof glass and a plastic cover to keep your coffee or tea warm. it has a wide opening which makes it easy to clean the inside of the pot.
I am using also a digital scale. Scale is very useful for it is to measure the consistency. Measuring beans and water probably isn’t a part of your ideal morning routine, but it’s a step with instant, delicious results. A coffee scale will change the way you brew coffee. Your brew will be tastier, more balanced, and reliably delicious every single day. PS: This scale is from my lovely Mom, she loves to cook that’s why she have this. But, I am using it now, will return things after.
Lastly, the key to brewing a perfect cup of dripped coffee is managing the weight, time and water temperature. I am using Hario Kettle with Thermometer and the best water temperature is around 92-96 ºC.
The coffee that I use is from Brewgasm. They sell good quality pour over coffee, ground and beans. They also sell ready to brew dripbags. You can message them on facebook and instagram for orders and reservations.

A friendly tip. I am using same ratio preferences as what James Hoffmann said “Grams per Liter” but still, everyday brewing is different and a challenge to have good one. I am exploring different ratios like 1:15 – 1:17, and also 4:6 method from Tetsu Kasuya and Kubomi method.
