Brew Day – Aussie Smash (advanced, BIAB)

Not entirely sure what inspired this, but here’s another “Smash” (that stands for Single Malt and Single Hop) beer using all Australian ingredients. Pretty simple …

100% Schooner Malt
Glaxy @30 (to 25 IBUs)
1/3 g/L Galaxy @-5 (no-chill adjusted)
Coopers Commercial yeast

Do I need to say more? Probably not. Should be nice, simple beer.

Actually … there is one more thing! Coopers yeast can be reactivated using simple sugar, but malt extract is what is usually recommended for other commercial yeasts. I should probably have mentioned that during my rambling!
